This approach often necessitates managing multiple systems or investing substantial resources in custom integration, which is both time – consuming and costly.
 
Moreover, clients encounter several common challenges, including inaccurate workforce tracking, gas leak detection issues, inadequate SOS mechanisms, lack of remote monitoring and work guidance, the need for video documentation of work processes or accidents, vital signs monitoring, and real-time task assignment.
 
To address these issues, we have designed a smart helmet that integrates HD camera functionality, push-to-talk communication, and additional features to meet the diverse needs of industrial clients in sectors such as mining, oil, electricity, railways, and construction. A standard helmet is a key piece of PPE for many industrial workers. 
Upgrading it with additional features to meet the diverse safety and management needs of different industries is a fantastic and natural progression from a technology standpoint. Our goal is to offer clients standardized products with a versatile platform system, including open standard APIs for further customization. Additionally, we provide options for fully customized helmets with tailored designs, sensors, and features to suit specific client requirements.

  • GPS: Facilitates outdoor positioning and tracking.
  • BLE, UWB, and RTK: Provides precise indoor and outdoor positioning. BLE offers accuracy within 5-10 meters, UWB delivers accuracy between 10-30 centimeters, and RTK achieves high-precision positioning with horizontal accuracy within 10-30 centimeters and vertical accuracy within 50 centimeters.
  • HD Camera: Enhances visual capabilities for high-definition video and photography.
  • Gas Sensors: Detects various gas densities.
  • Vital Detection: Utilizes an accessory BLE wristband to monitor heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, and body temperature.

  • Altitude Monitoring: Measures altitude by detecting air pressure variations with accuracy of 1-2 meters.
  • Gyroscope Sensor: Assists with motion detection algorithms for events such as falls and silence.
